Santiago was very friendly and helpful throughout my car-buying journey. He patiently answered all my questions and made the process feel pretty straightforward. The only downside was that I ended up paying $1,800 in fees, which was higher than I expected. Overall, Santiago provided excellent service, but I wish the fees had been more transparent.
